We are looking for a passionate and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius. You will oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring a high-quality and consistent culinary experience that reflects the brand’s standards. This role requires a strong leader focused on creativity, efficiency, and team development. Experience with regional European cuisines, particularly those with a strong cultural identity, will be considered a strong asset.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory control.
  • Ensure the highest quality of food and presentation is delivered at all times.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align culinary services with guest expectations and hotel goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for food and hospitality.
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, budgeting, and food safety regulations.
  • Formal culinary education is preferred.
