We are currently looking for a passionate Executive Chef to join and lead one of our Kitchen teams at a branded 5 star hotel in Vilnius, Lithuania. As the Executive Chef you will be fully responsible for providing an outstanding culinary experience and developing the reputation of the hotel through delivering excellent quality of food. Additionally, you will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and team members, taking care of their professional development and work satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, quality, and administration, ensuring seamless service.
- Create innovative, seasonal menus exceeding expectations and reflecting culinary trends.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests and staff.

- Deliver consistently exceptional food using high-quality ingredients and precise techniques.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Optimize staff scheduling for efficiency and well-being within budget.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of upscale kitchen management experience, including multi-unit or large team oversight.
- Proven success in developing innovative and profitable menus.
- A demonstrable passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management and POS software, along with MS Office.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Fluency in English is required, and Lithuanian proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Formal culinary training or certification.
- Experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures.
