This business-class hotel is located near the Old Town, on the left bank of the Neris River. The hotel features 199 rooms, 4 conference halls, and the Solt Dining restaurant. We are currently looking for a passionate Executive Chef to join and lead the kitchen team of a 4-star hotel in Vilnius. As the Executive Chef you will be fully responsible for providing outstanding culinary experience and developing the reputation of the hotel through delivering excellent quality of food. Additionally, you will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and team members, taking care of their professional development and work satisfaction.

Oversee all kitchen operations, quality, and administration, ensuring seamless service.

Adhere to all applicable regulations.
Requirements:
3+ years of upscale kitchen management experience, including large team oversight.
Proven success in developing innovative and profitable menus.
A demonstrable passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in restaurant management and POS software, along with MS Office.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Fluency in Lithuanian is required, and English proficiency is a significant advantage.
Formal culinary training or certification.
Experience with budgeting and cost control.
Knowledge of HACCP procedures.
