We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead the Kitchen team at the historic Grand Hotel Gardone during the 2025 season (March to October).

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for our guests while maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to work in a stunning lakeside setting, leading a talented team and showcasing your culinary creativity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality and memorable dining experiences that contribute to guest satisfaction and F&B revenue.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, optimizing food costs while maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote F&B offerings and support revenue growth.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP), maintaining the highest standards during inspections.
  • Uphold the hotel's brand standards and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP).
  • Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
