We are looking for an experienced and service-driven F&B Manager to lead all food and beverage operations at AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius. With a passion for hospitality and a sharp eye for detail, you will inspire your team to deliver elevated dining experiences that align with our brand’s promise. This is a unique chance to shape the F&B offering from the ground up—crafting memorable moments, driving excellence, and playing a key role in bringing our new hotel to life.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and implement high service standards and operational procedures that reflect the AC Hotel brand.
- Lead by example on the floor, actively supporting the team during service to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and continuously train team members to uphold quality and consistency in service.
- Create effective staff schedules and manage rostering to ensure optimal coverage while maintaining payroll cost efficiency.
- Monitor and control costs, optimize revenue through budgeting and forecasting, and meet financial KPIs.
- Conduct monthly stock takes, manage stock rotation, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Collaborate on seasonal updates of menus and beverage offerings, ensuring proper costing and alignment with guest expectations.
Qualifications:
- 5 year proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: 2800 - 3100 EUR GROSS per month
