We are seeking a sharp and detail-driven Finance Manager to join the opening team at AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, strong compliance with policies and standards, and sound financial health. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise into an environment where precision, innovation, and excellence are celebrated daily.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Manage daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end closings.
- Support cost control and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including cash flows, forecast statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Marriott standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in hospitality or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and international accounting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
