Food and Beverage Manager

Apex Alliance Hotel Management is looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at one of our flagship 5-star historic properties.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service – from refined dining and stylish bar experiences to in-room dining and exclusive events – ensuring that every moment reflects the elegance, quality, and charm of the destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction across dining, bar, room service, and events.
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to optimize profitability through efficient operations and smart planning.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a talented team, fostering a professional and supportive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining the property's unique culinary identity.
• Collaborate on menu concepts and development, integrating guest feedback and market trends.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to continually elevate the guest experience.

We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in F&B management, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Excellent leadership skills and a track record of building successful teams.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work with budgets and KPIs.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• A guest-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
