We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our F&B operations at the historic Grand Hotel Gardone during the 2025 season (March to October).
In this pivotal role, you will lead our team in delivering a delightful dining experience, exceeding guest expectations, and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, room service, bar, and events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage costs related to food, beverage, and labor, maximizing revenue through effective financial management.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and uphold the unique concept of the restaurant and bar.
- Collaborate on menu development, incorporating market trends and guest preferences to create appealing and profitable offerings.
- Continuously evaluate guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven F&B management experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
