We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our F&B operations at the historic Grand Hotel Gardone during the 2025 season (March to October).

In this pivotal role, you will lead our team in delivering a delightful dining experience, exceeding guest expectations, and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, room service, bar, and events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage costs related to food, beverage, and labor, maximizing revenue through effective financial management.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and uphold the unique concept of the restaurant and bar.
  • Collaborate on menu development, incorporating market trends and guest preferences to create appealing and profitable offerings.
  • Continuously evaluate guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.


Requirements:

  • Proven F&B management experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
