Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire the Front Desk Team: Supervise, train, and motivate front desk associates to ensure they provide outstanding customer service.
  • Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure all guest interactions are handled efficiently, courteously, and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Supervision: Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservation management, and guest requests. Resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
  • Handle Escalated Issues: Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns, ensuring the issue is handled effectively and to the guest’s satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage shift schedules, daily reports, and assist with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar hospitality role, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Customer-Centered Attitude: A passion for delivering excellent service and a strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with both guests and staff in English and Romanian (additional languages are a plus).
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with hotel management software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
