The successful candidate will concentrate on prospecting the market and driving sales through all channels. Leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans, the Head of Sales will play a crucial role in maximizing hotel revenues, delivering outstanding guest service, and achieving financial profitability. This role emphasizes the development and maintenance of key business relationships with guests, clients and partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Active Sales: Engage actively in market prospecting to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Lead sales forecast activities, setting measurable performance targets.
  • Segment Expansion: Research and define new business opportunities, expanding hotel segments through targeted sales efforts.
  • Competitive Analysis: Review comp set and market reports, identifying strategies for ADR and Rev PAR growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in preparing and execute sales action plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and prepare sales reports, ensuring up-to-date records to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Brand Exposure: Maintain high-level exposure for the hotel through client events, site inspections, and visits to customer sites.
  • Client Management and collaboration: Proactively manage client expectations within event offerings, providing creative and tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales in the hospitality industry, with a main focus on active sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Opera PMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Gross salary of 3300 to 3600 EUR per month.
