Role Overview
As our Concierge, you’ll be the face of our guest experience, creating meaningful connections and turning moments into lifelong memories.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized recommendations to ensure an exceptional stay.
- Assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and any special requests.
- Share your insider knowledge of Bucharest’s best-kept secrets—restaurants, cultural landmarks, and must-see attractions.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless and luxurious guest journey.
- Uphold Marriott’s standards of service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural people-person with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Local knowledge of Bucharest’s attractions, events, and services.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are what matter most!
