Key responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks;
- Allocate rooms for guests provide keys;
- Register guests collecting necessary information;
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities;
- Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
The colleague we are looking for must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job:
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role;
- Availability for night shifts;
- Flexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to changing situations;
- Smart, professional appearance;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Discretion;
- Customer service attitude;
- Problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to learn on the job;
- Enthusiasm.
