Do you have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to creating exceptional guest experiences? As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner;
- Supervise and motivate the Housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they consistently deliver high standards of cleanliness and service;
- Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness;
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently;
- Assist Housekeeping Manager with procedures implementation;
- Assist Housekeeping Manager with planning and managing day to day operations of Housekeeping
- Department and its team;
- Be environmentally aware;
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships;
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation and labor law.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, skills and values that follow:
- Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role︋︋︅︊︄︄︎︋︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎;
- Guest Service skills;
- Eye for detail;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Accountability and resilience;
- Ability to manage conflict/resolution;
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends;
- Good level of English.
