We are delighted to invite a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join the elegant Astorija Hotel, Radisson Collection in the heart of Vilnius Old Town. As one of the city’s most refined properties, we blend timeless sophistication with world-class hospitality, and we are looking for a human resources professional who will help us shape a remarkable employee experience to match.
In this critical role, you will lead the full spectrum of human resources operations—ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive culture, and supporting our talented team in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire HR function of the hotel, from recruitment to offboarding
Ensure compliance with Lithuanian labor law and internal company policies
Support department heads with employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes that create a welcoming and consistent experience for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
Organize and promote team-building activities and employee engagement programs
Collaborate with the management company (Apex Alliance Hotel Management) on HR projects and group-level policies
Contribute to payroll accuracy and timely processing in collaboration with the Finance team
Foster a culture of respect, trust, and open communication across all departments
Candidate Profile:
Proven work experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry
Solid knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Strong hands-on approach and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering the best possible employee experience
Fluency in English is essential.
We Offer:
A gross monthly salary in the range of 2300 to 2500 EUR, based on your experience and competencies
