We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our team at the brand-new Hilton Garden Inn Brasov, which is set to open in Q2 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and administer HR-related documents, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Lead and/or support HR projects organized by the management company.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle, starting with employee onboarding.
- Coordinate and organize the celebration of employee birthdays and other company events.
- Promote and foster a culture of Hilton ambassadorship, ensuring staff embody the brand's values and service standards.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience in human resources.
- Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation, as well as HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Commitment to delivering the best employee experience.
- Hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English is a must.
