What You’ll Do:
As a Junior Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, contributing to the smooth running of the hotel's accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborating with the finance team to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Assisting with audits and other financial reviews.

What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Romanian is a bonus!).
