We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join the opening team at AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius. In this pivotal role, you will support the hotel’s marketing efforts — working closely with the General Manager and the Head of Marketing and Communication at our management company Apex Alliance Hotel Management (AAHM). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to brand growth, shape impactful campaigns, and bring the hotel’s story to life as part of a passionate and collaborative team. Join us and help define the voice of a new hospitality landmark in Vilnius.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, along with annual, quarterly, and monthly activity plans that align with the brand’s identity and overarching marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage the brand’s presence across all channels, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging and a strong visual identity.
  • Create engaging content for digital and third-party platforms, including social media, the website, newsletters, and more.
  • Organize and manage third-party suppliers, including agencies, creators, designers, web developers, photographers, and others, to ensure the delivery of high-standard service quality.
  • Plan and execute performance-driven paid digital campaigns and other marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team, the management company’s corporate team, and external partners to develop and implement marketing campaigns, events, and special projects.
  • Establish brand partnerships, sponsorship initiatives, and collaborations to enhance brand awareness and visibility within the target market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international media and media agencies; lead and implement PR activities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies, improve guest experience and drive overall marketing performance.
  • Support the organization and promotion of events, workshops, and unique guest experiences.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in implementing paid digital campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in brand management is a significant plus.
  • Proficient in creating visual content, including photos and video reels.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms, design tools, newsletter platforms, and content management systems.

Salary: 1600 - 2000 EUR GROSS per month
