Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for online and offline campaigns.
- Manage and create engaging content for our social media and email marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design promotional materials, events and offers.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and local businesses.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, conferences, and special offers.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices within the hospitality industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (preferably in hospitality or tourism).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian.
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g. Facebook Ads).
- Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the local market in Bucharest.
