We are seeking a Premium Group Operations Director to lead the operational success of our Premium hotels. Based in Vilnius or Bucharest, this role requires a proven hospitality leader to drive excellence and exceed KPIs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop SOPs, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and deliver luxury services.
  • Implement digitization and technology to optimize costs and improve the operating company.
  • Implement pre-opening processes to ensure smooth hotel openings.

Team Leadership:

  • Act as a liaison for Premium General Managers and their teams.
  • Establish annual objectives for Premium Hotel Managers and oversee recruitment.
  • Provide leadership and support to achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate on teamwork and emotional intelligence programs.

Business/Concept Development:

  • Develop and implement Premium Hotels Operating Model and Concepts for new projects.

Financial Performance:

  • Drive operational efficiency and exceed margins.
  • Support operations teams in achieving KPIs.
  • Oversee financial aspects (P&L, Capex, budgeting) for each hotel.

New hotels:

  • Manage full pre-openings and future project consultations.
  • Support feasibility reports, due diligence studies, and business plan projections.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional Leadership: A proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Acumen: The capacity to analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and make informed decisions that drive results.
  • Operational Expertise: A deep understanding of hotel operations, sales & marketing, F&B, human resources, and financial processes.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of success in hotel operations, ideally at the GM, COO, or Director of Operations level.
