We are seeking a Premium Group Operations Director to lead the operational success of our Premium hotels. Based in Vilnius or Bucharest, this role requires a proven hospitality leader to drive excellence and exceed KPIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and deliver luxury services.
- Implement digitization and technology to optimize costs and improve the operating company.
- Implement pre-opening processes to ensure smooth hotel openings.
Team Leadership:
- Act as a liaison for Premium General Managers and their teams.
- Establish annual objectives for Premium Hotel Managers and oversee recruitment.
- Provide leadership and support to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate on teamwork and emotional intelligence programs.
Business/Concept Development:
- Develop and implement Premium Hotels Operating Model and Concepts for new projects.
Financial Performance:
- Drive operational efficiency and exceed margins.
- Support operations teams in achieving KPIs.
- Oversee financial aspects (P&L, Capex, budgeting) for each hotel.
New hotels:
- Manage full pre-openings and future project consultations.
- Support feasibility reports, due diligence studies, and business plan projections.
