Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and Assist Guests: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile and assist with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
• Provide Information: Offer recommendations and information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport options.
• Handle Reservations: Manage incoming calls and assist with booking inquiries, ensuring accurate reservation details.
• Customer Service Excellence: Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.

What We Are Looking For:

• Friendly & Professional: A positive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual: Fluency in English and Romanian is essential. Additional languages are a plus!
• Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to help and make guests feel valued.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required—if you’re willing to learn, we’ll provide the training!
