Role Overview
As a Receptionist, you'll ensure seamless guest experiences through welcoming service and efficient operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly welcome each guest upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure our guests’ comfort and address any special requests.
- Maintain an organized front desk and handle administrative duties with efficiency and professionalism.
- Resolve guest issues promptly with a positive and professional approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills – a positive demeanor, excellent communication, and a natural inclination to help others.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera) is beneficial.
