Restaurant Supervisor, Hampton Venice

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at the brand-new Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova.

Position Overview:

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service, and leading a team of staff. This role is vital in maintaining a positive dining atmosphere and ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

· Train, mentor, and manage staff to ensure exceptional service standards and compliance with company policies.

· Assist in scheduling and staffing needs to maintain optimal service levels.

· Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow and quality food presentation.

· Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure efficiency.

· Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.

· Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant.

· Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

· Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Proficient in POS systems, reservation platforms and restaurant software’s.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
