Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, meeting regularly with them to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. This may involve attending industry events, networking, and entertaining clients.
Manage relationships and penetration of a portion of the hotel's top accounts.
Maintain current usage and seek to increase total revenue for group, extended stays, and transient business.
Handle, as needed, incoming requests for rooms, group conferences, and catering.
Utilize selling skills to book all aspects of a group or meeting, using existing packages and à la carte offers to sell in the most effective manner.
Effectively present and sell all hotel products that meet customer needs.
Provide an efficient and effective process to quickly handle customer inquiries within predefined parameters.
