Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of professional spa services, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other treatments.
- Create a personalized experience for each guest, taking into consideration their individual preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment throughout the spa, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Ensure all treatments are performed with the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, spa treatments, and wellness therapies.
- Assist guests with aftercare advice and product recommendations to enhance their spa experience.
- Foster strong guest relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the spa by coordinating with other team members and maintaining accurate treatment records.
- Actively contribute to spa promotions and suggest treatments or products to guests to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
- Certified in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or wellness environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in various massage techniques, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
